What is included in the fare?
The car, a professional chauffeur, fuel and GST for the package or distance shown. Tolls, parking and interstate permits are billed at actuals with receipts; the exact exclusions are shown before you pay.
How do I get my chauffeur's details?
We send the chauffeur's name, phone number and car registration by SMS, WhatsApp and email a few hours before pickup. You can also see them in Manage booking.
What if my trip runs longer?
Extra kilometres and hours are charged at the rates shown on your booking. After the trip you receive an itemised bill and a secure payment link for any balance.
Can I cancel?
Yes — free of charge up to 2 hours before the reporting time. After that, or for a no-show, the minimum rental slab (for local trips, the 4 hr / 40 km package) plus GST applies. See our cancellation policy for later cancellations.
Do you provide GST invoices for companies?
Yes. Add your company name and GSTIN at checkout, or open a corporate account for monthly consolidated billing.
